Delaware Registered Agent: Basics & Requirements
Every Delaware LLC and corporation must maintain a registered agent with a Delaware street address to receive service of process and state notices.

Delaware Requirements
- Agent must have a physical address in Delaware (no P.O. boxes).
- Must be available during normal business hours.
- Must be listed on formation documents and maintained thereafter.
Changing Agents
You may change your registered agent by filing the appropriate form with the Delaware Division of Corporations and paying the state fee. Update internal records and notify stakeholders as needed.
